Rich Dad’s Advice 001: Direct Selling is easy, yet we are struggling. Why?

Direct selling is all about commitment, determination, and perseverance.

As we step in this new year, let us talk as to why we are not able to grow ourselves and our team, if direct selling is not so hard after all.

Under the expert guidance of our leaders and the constant support of our winning team(Vestige), we have firmly taken a resolve and committed ourselves to make the year 2022 worthwhile for ourselves, for our family, and for our team.

Let us all fulfill our dreams.

Shortcomings and their Solutions

  1. Do you have a dream/destiny/goal? The most important of all is to set your dream, to have a purpose before starting this business. Most of us start prospecting even before we have a dream/purpose to follow. This dream can be anything from earning 15K per month to owning a Mercedes Benz.
  2. Do you have the hunger to do something big? Have the hunger to do something big, to make a name for yourself. If you can slog day and night when you prepare for your college exams or when you prepare for any job, why can’t you have the same hunger for something which can totally change your life? Out of all, this direct selling industry is not demanding even a single paisa from you. It’s a zero investment game but you are not able to learn the skills to play it.
  3. Fear of loss and Fear of Boss. This is the biggest drawback of our direct selling industry. You don’t have to fear anything, you are the leader of your own destiny. This can become the biggest positive for some who want to act according to their will and take the reigns of their life into their own hands. But there are some of us, who only bring out our best when we have someone sitting on our top. So, become the director of your own movie and not the actor in someone else's movie.
  4. Full-time vs part-time. Out of 24 hours in a day, any average working individual gives around 8 hours for his daily so-called primary profession from where he is earning active income. And we call this 8 hrs of work cycle daily as Full-time profession. We never talk about the 16 hrs that we are left with. Why can’t we use these 16 hours of every day and change our fortunes? Let us make direct selling as our full-time profession and our other profession as part-time. Believe me, if you do this, within a year you will be the one sharing your story with everyone.
  5. Is Direct Selling (Vestige) our primary profession? We take direct sellingas our secondary profession. Give the same importance to your Direct selling profession if not more than your so-called primary profession where you learn to be a loyal, hard-earning employee rather than masters of your destiny.
  6. Have we committed ourselves to this dream system and team? Whenever we have set our sight on any semester exam or preparing for our career, we commit ourselves totally and we make sure that we fulfill the task on hand. So, why can’t we commit ourselves to something which can fulfill our dreams, which can make us independent? If you are able to build a strong network, your job at hand is done. Commit yourself fully for at least this one year and see the results.
  7. You have to cross the biggest hurdle of people’s mindset. All of us face this issue whenever we approach any new prospect. With the lack of awareness and knowledge, not many people are aware of the potential direct selling industry holds, at least in India. Also, many Ponzi scheme companies have spoiled the reputation of this industry with their false, corrupt schemes. So, make your prospect fully aware of the government guidelines, rules and regulations and for that, you should be aware. So, start learning and my recommendations will be to start reading The Business School, Rich Dads Cashflow Quadrant: Guide to Financial Freedom, and Rich Dad Poor Dad. Be updated with all the do’s and don’ts and with all the government guidelines.
  8. Teach and preach. For you to approach any prospect and teach him the nuances of this system you should be the one fully thorough with it. So, if you are part of Vestige Network marketing limited, you better be aware of all the fundamentals on which the company has been standing, reasons for its stupendous growth, reasons for why other companies are trying to replicate its business model, reasons for its quality health-products standing out always be in India or abroad, and how it has managed to lead the way from the front in the direct selling industry with its amazing products, system and obviously the leadership. Teach yourself and then you can take the challenge of prospecting.
  9. Set your biological clock. Whatever routine you have been following till now, it doesn’t matter. From Jan 1, take the resolve to get up in the morning and boost your energy by attending the C.E.P.(Continuous e-learning program) of the winning team. Make notes, make a To-do list for that day and ensure that all the points in the To-do list are ticked before you go to bed. The level of satisfaction and happiness that you will get after achieving everything will be extraordinary.
  10. Submission to your Upline(leader): Being a learner, you should submit yourself completely to your upline and the team and things will run smoothly. Be a good listener and start taking action immediately to get immediate results.

I just want you to embark on this journey of direct selling with a lot of positive attitude and open-mindedness. This industry is not partial and works equal for poor and rich, girl or a boy and it doesn’t differentiate you based on your social background, your religion, etc. It has made even the blind, illiterate people and students millionaires.

If they can do it, why can’t we?

Always remember to make your prospects aware of three very important things.

  • This system has a lot of money.
  • This system has the best education model to offer you.
  • You can do it.
